Pawsome Dog Shop wants you and your pup to be completely happy with every purchase.

Free Returns & Exchanges
Not satisfied with your order? No problem. You can return any item for a full refund or swap it for something else, completely free of charge.
Conditions:

Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order

How It Works
Email us at contact@pawsomedogshop.com and let us know if you want a refund or exchange
We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days
Ship the item back using the provided label
Once received, your refund is processed within 24 hours, money back in your account within 3 business days

Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Clearance items
Edible treats
Custom/personalized items (cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of ordering)
Seasonal items
